"Working with you was excellent. Thank you!" – Dean Firmani, Weston
Tobias Kaiser specialises in Florida real estate consulting since 1992. To offer the best level of service, he works with only a limited number of commercial and residential clients at any time. Committed to client satisfaction, over 75% of his business is generated through repeat customers.
His area of expertise is commercial real estate: NNN (net leased) properties, multifamily, hotels and business opportunities. In residential real estate, he handles only water- and oceanfront properties as well as his personal preference, Mid-Century Modern architecture.
Born in Germany, into a family with entrepreneurial tradition, Tobias Kaiser earned a Master of Science in Public Communication from Syracuse University in 1982, his Florida Real Estate broker license in 1992 and his CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) in 2000.
Tobias Kaiser is a member of the Realtor® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale and the Society of Commercial Realtors®. After having served on the local Grievance-, MLS- and International Real Estate-committees, in 2006 he was appointed to the Commercial Council of the Florida Association of Realtors® and to the Fort Lauderdale Professional Standards committee.
He speaks English, German, French and learns Spanish, is an avid motorcycle rider and barbecuer, moonlights as a wine consultant, and with any spare time left, attempts still and landscape photography. He lives and works in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and his hometown Feldafing near Munich, which he frequently travels to.
